VidSummit is NOT a place where influencers connect with their fans. It's a place for Creators, Marketers, and Brands to come together to learn, network, and strategize. VidSummit is BY content creators and FOR content creators.

Minors under 16 must have a VidSummit ticket and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (18+) at all times.

VidSummit 2025 will be held October 7th - 9th, 2025 at the Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas

TRANSPORTATION - Options for getting to/from the airport to the hotels and conference center:

DART - $2-$6 Orange Line

• Arriving Passengers:

• Exit your Terminal. Proceed to lower level A10.
• If arriving at Terminal B, C, D or E, take Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal A. Proceed to the DFW Airport Station and take it to the Irving Convention Center Station
• The first DART train arrives at 3:50 a.m. and departs at 4:14 a.m. from DFW Terminal (A)

• Departing Passengers:

• From DFW Airport Station follow signs to Terminal A departures.
• For departing gates other than A, take Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal B, C, D or E.

Taxi

• Taxi service is available on the lower level of Terminals A, B, C, D and E.
• A DFW Airport Guest Assistant is available at taxi stands between 8:00 AM and 12 AM (midnight) to help control the flow and ensure that you are placed with a taxi.
• If you have a special request for a taxi after midnight, dial +1-972-973-4061 to request one.

Uber/Lyft

• Shared Ride providers are located at the lower level curbside of each terminal. Shared Ride providers offer curbside drop-off at your terminal.

Because VidSummit is not a fan event, invited speakers share their strategies and best practices with attendees who are fellow content creators or businesses. They open up about how they grow their audiences, build brands, and make money from their content

If you want to watch your favorite speaker again, or you're unable to attend, you will still be able to view the conference sessions in the app and on the website. Replays will be available for purchase within 14 days after the close of VidSummit.

If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, you may do so for a processing fee of $50 USD. This must be done no later than September 1, 2025. (No exceptions)

Our policy is that we do not give complimentary passes upon request, regardless of how many followers/ subscribers you or your client have. Please understand that you will not be the first to ask for an exception to this policy.

Please note:  Attendees should check with your hotel to confirm arrangements and times prior to shuttle use.

Times for the Hotel Shuttles will be announced close to the event.

Please note the Texican Court and Westin are located right across the street from the convention center so there is not a shuttle for those two hotels.

The parking rate for VidSummit 2025 is $15 per car, per day. NO in-and-out.

Tickets:
You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2025 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel before May 31, 2025, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of a Virtual Pass ($199).
• If you cancel between June 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
• If you cancel after July 1, 2025, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $50 transfer fee.

You may resell your ticket. To request a refund or fully grant your access to the event to another person, email info@vidsummit.com. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.

It is a fully CASHLESS bar. Guests can pay with their Credit/Debit cards or Mobile Payment Systems. All Attendees must have a valid ID. Minors without ID must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
