2026 Refund Policy: You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2026 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before May 31, 2026, you will receive a refund of purchase price minus the cost of a Replays ($199). If you cancel between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after July 1, 2026, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $50 transfer fee.
